Volunteer Opportunities |

We are currently working on getting our volunteers lined up to help with the day to day operations. We will need quite a few people who are willing to get involved in some way. Each area will have a leadership team made up of volunteers who will be responsible for the scheduling of events, general operations, and building a group of volunteers who will be available to assist the team in the daily activities of each area. Our plan is to have each leadership team be under our coordinator's supervision, but be able to carry on the bulk of daily operations independently once each team is in place and comfortable with operations. |

The leadership team in this area is comprised of two individuals who are responsible to manage the daily operations of the coffee shop including opening up daily, manning the serving area where the coffee and other beverages will be served, keeping supplies stocked, and cleaning up before closing. All these daily activities will require 4-5 additional volunteers and or interns to assist the leadership teams in fulfilling their goals.

A leadership team of four individuals is responsible to organize, schedule, and promote via the local media the various events we envision such as drama team competitions and exhibitions by local schools and church groups. To be successfully, a group of additional volunteers will be needed to assist the leadership team in organizing the events, making the local populance aware of upcoming events, and finally being available to help monitor and coordinate the events, as well as schedule appropriate clean up of the auditorium after each event. |

The "RPM" game room is staffed by two full time employees. They are responsible for food service, facility maintenance and managing the game room. They need volunteers to assist them in food preparation and service, supervision of youth and then appropriate clean up at closing. |

While this area is managed by the Waco Regional Baptist Network staff, there are opportunities for volunteers here as well. The commissary features clothes, household items, a medical equipment supply service and small food pantry. |
